外贸业务员,在开发跟进客户的过程中,是不是经常遇到客户不回复的情况呢,你们都是怎么推动客户往前走的呢,如何让客户回复你呢。
有一个小绝招,那就是你一定要多引导客户,如果客户被动,我们就必须主动,很主动。多想想客户会对什么感兴趣,投其所好,最好让他跟着你走。一个很简单的例子,你回想下,你去商场买衣服,聪明的销售员,总是能很好很热情地引导你,直到你挑选好合适的衣服,结账走人。
另外,我们外贸人,很多时候跟客户联系,都是通过邮件来往。建议你,每次你写出去的邮件,尽量都是带有问号的,每个邮件里,带有一两个问句。这样可以提高客户回复你的概率,为什么呢,如果你写的邮件,都是句号结束,那客户看到邮件,就觉得可回复可不回复,也有可能当时看一下,转身就忘了,回复率会低很多。但是也不要一次问太多问题,太多问题会让人看到就觉得很累,反感,不想回复。
你想想你跟别人聊天,是不是也是这样的,要持续地聊天,一般都是你问我答,我问你答,如果别人最后只是陈述了一句话,没有问题,很可能你就没有再回他了。另外,多让客户做选择题(类似于Yes or No这种),少问开放式的问题,较难回答的问题。
